Changes to School Holiday Booking Requirements

As of 2013 any bookings during the Peak School Holiday weeks will require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT and FULL PAYMENT 60 DAYS prior to arrival.
If you shorten your original booking full payment for the cancelled nights will be deducted from your deposit.
We have been forced to implement these measures due to guests simply blocking out dates during the holidays a year in advance without even knowing if they intend to come. When they have received their final payment letter 30 days prior to arrival it is only then that they decide to tell us that they no longer want the site or they want to shorten their stay.
This has prevented people who genuinely want to come to Gnaraloo from arranging their holiday and missing out on their favourite destination.
This new policy does not increase the cost of your holiday, it just provides a fairer opportunity for all.
