Cancellations and changes:

Over 60 days notice: 90% of deposit refunded

60 – 30 days notice: 80% of deposit refunded

Less than 30 days notice: Full payment expected or booking will not be held- NO REFUND for changes or cancellations. 

If you shorten your booking (less than 30 days before arrival), arrive late or leave early: the payment for the cancelled nights will not be refunded. It can be offset against payment for additional guests or deposit for future bookings (future booking must be made at time of cancellation and deposit cannot be more that 20% of the total cost of this booking), but not against payment of minimum charges for the nights stayed.

 

Booking Policy:

To reserve a property a deposit of 20% is required (if your numbers are unconfirmed then 20% of of the minimum charge for the property for the duration of the stay applies). The remainder of the charge is payable 30 days before arrival. A reminder will be sent by email if an email address is provided, otherwise a charge of $5 will be deducted from the deposit if Gnaraloo has to chase your payment by phone. Additional guests can pay on a day by day basis but this must be in advance, not arrears. Anyone found unpaid onsite will be subject to a 10% late payment surcharge.
