Yes, of course you can - but you have to detour.

The road north of 6 mile gate (north end of Gnaraloo Bay) is closed to public traffic. THERE IS NO THROUGH ROAD TO WARROORA STATION AND CORAL BAY and no vehicular access to the coast north of this locked gate.

If you want to plan to visit Gnaraloo on your way north from Carnarvon to Coral Bay you will need to leave the highway at the blowholes turnoff (see 'How do I get to Gnaraloo?') and drive north. When leaving Gnaraloo you will need to go back to the highway the same way that you came. Total travel from the highway to Gnaraloo Homestead and back is 248kms (124kms each way).
