Can I bring a Fridge or Freezer to Gnaraloo?

Yes, you can bring a fridge or freezer and plug it into the power system set up at the shop.  However, please be aware that limited power points are available due to the power load on the generator and there is a $10 per day charge.

If you need to bring a fridge or freezer, it is advisable to contact us at 3 Mile Camp to ensure a power point is available. Alternatively, you may prefer to be self-sufficient and bring your own solar panel or ‘silent running’ generator so as not to disturb your neighbours.

Homestead
All accommodation (excluding swag camps) is supplied with fridges and freezers for your use at no extra cost.  Gnaraloo is endeavouring to reduce the power load on our generators as excess usage will overload the system and result in a breakdown.   Please consider sharing your additional fridge/freezer with a friend to minimize power requirements or bring your own solar panel or ‘silent running’ generator so as not to disturb your neighbours.
If you need to bring an extra fridge and/or freezer, the following charges will apply for each accommodation unit:
1 extra fridge/freezer is free.
2 extra fridges/freezers: $10 per day.
3 extra fridges/freezers: $30 per day.
4 extra fridges/freezers: $50 per day.
